About This Program

This program was expertly designed to incorporate the 3 Key Elements to a fit & toned body: 

  • A progressive 4-Phase strength training program to develop lean muscle, increasing your metabolic rate & your first line of defense in burning unwanted body fat. 

  • A Cardio plan to aid in increasing your daily calorie burn for accelerated fat loss through out the duration of the program.

  • Customized nutrition goals broken down by daily macro's, which are grams of protein, carbs & fat, per day to allow flexibility and CHOICES while properly nourishing your body. This is the MOST CRITICAL piece of the puzzle when it comes to losing body fat as quickly & safely as possible.

With these 3 Key Elements working together, your transformation will be life changing & long lasting. I will assist you in creating new routines & teach you the skills to be successful for the rest of your life.
