Program breakdown:

Phase 1: Foundation/Reset- 2 weeks

  • For the new guy, these workouts will help establish a baseline to build off of. For the more seasoned exerciser, it will act as a full body reset to prime your muscles and joints for a new level of growth. Cardio and diet are set according to your starting point and your goals.

 

Phase 2: Hypertrophy- 4 weeks

  • This phase is designed with the proper sets and reps to achieve growth in muscle size and density. Cardio and diet are adjusted to get the most out of this phase of lifting, as well as optimize fat loss and muscle gain.

 

Phase 3: Strength- 4 weeks

  • You will use this phase to work on increasing the load of weight lifted safely and gradually with basic strength training moves. Again, cardio and nutrition are adjusted to accommodate the changes in workout style and helping you reach your goals.

 

Phase 4: Hypertrophy- 4 weeks

  • Similarly to phase 2, the workouts will again be focused on increasing muscle size while continuing to drop body fat. This last phase will offer a little more of a challenge with higher volume workouts to achieve the greatest changes to your physique. Cardio and nutrition are adjusted once more as well to get you dialed in for the finish.
