Hello!

We're the Dodds! We met and married in 2016 and life has been full of adventure ever since. We have three grown sons, an amazing daughter in law, and twin grandbabies on the way. Our two kitties, Mara and Lucy Chen, bring plenty of entertainment, soft snuggles, and joy to our lives as well. We love to cook, travel, train, laugh, and play cribbage on Sunday afternoons. We are on a shared journey of aging well, feeling our best, and doing all the things that make life full. Movement, eating well, managing stress, prioritizing gut health, and everything in between. Sound familiar? You're in the right place.

Our Story

Natalie Dodd, B.S. Exercise Science

At 17, Natalie was in a serious rollover car accident that left her with a ruptured disc at L4-L5 and years of chronic back pain, anxiety, and depression. That experience shaped everything. She never takes her strong, active, healthy body for granted and she works hard every single day to maintain it.

That personal journey led her into a career built on helping others do the same. She spent over 20 years as a clinical and sports massage therapist. She returned to college at age 30 to earn her B.S. in Exercise Science with a pre-physical therapy focus. She chose to stay in fitness, where she knew she could make the most direct impact on people's lives.

Along the way she trained seriously as a long distance runner, competing in 10Ks, half marathons, and full marathons, and became an RRCA Certified Running Coach. She also served as a LIVESTRONG coach for the cancer survivor program at the YMCA, a role that became deeply personal when she lost her mom to pancreatic cancer in February of 2023. That experience only deepened her commitment to the work she does and the people she serves.

Today at 45, Natalie is an NPC Masters Fit Model competitor, an online fitness coach, and someone who genuinely loves the process. She trains because it makes her feel powerful. She eats well because food is one of life's great joys, especially when your husband is a professional chef. And she shows up every day because she knows firsthand what it means to fight for your health and win.

Mike Dodd, Professional Chef

Mike is a graduate of the Inland Northwest Culinary Institute with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. He is serious about food, the craft of it, the creativity of it, and the way a well-made meal can bring people together.

But the life of hospitality took its toll. Years in the industry led Mike down a difficult road with alcohol addiction that ultimately brought him to rock bottom. His doctor told him plainly: if he did not stop drinking and change his lifestyle, he had six weeks to live. That was the turning point.

When Natalie met Mike, he had already been sober for six years and was fully committed to building the healthiest, happiest version of his life. It turned out to be a perfect match. Two people, both passionate about health, food, and feeling their best, working toward the same goals together.

Today Mike looks and feels younger than he did in his thirties. He is intentional about the things that make him feel good: eating clean high protein meals, consistent exercise, quality sleep, cold plunges, and targeted supplementation for energy, focus, and vitality. He now works as a national sales manager for a major food brand, traveling frequently for work, but he maintains his routines on the road because he knows that showing up well starts with taking care of himself first.

His story is proof that it is never too late to rebuild.
