Over the course of the six months that we worked closely together, I went from 22% body fat to 12% body fat and now have a sixpack. About 3 years ago I was looking for some help to lose weight and get in shape. That's when Natalie came to my rescue and started helping me with my health and fitness journey. Natalie has been the addition to my life that I needed to be successful with my health and fitness goals.
She has shown me how to eat healthier (while still eating good food), how to work out effectively and properly and how to make important changes to improve both my mental and physical health. Natalie always has an upbeat, positive and encouraging attitude and is always there to support me and keep me going even when I want to give up. She taught me that it's not all about the numbers on the scale, it's about the little victory's and milestones that you reach along the way.
