14 Weeks

This program is built around the three elements that actually move the needle on fat loss and body composition. No guesswork, no extremes, just a smart system that works.

Built. Men's Program

14 Weeks

Most men do not struggle because they lack discipline. They struggle because they do not have the right program. Built is a structured, science-based 14-week system designed for men who are ready to build lean muscle, lose body fat, and train with a purpose. Every phase is intentional. Every adjustment is earned.

Phase 1: Foundation and Reset | 2 Weeks Whether you are new to training or a seasoned lifter, this phase establishes your base and primes your muscles and joints for what is ahead. Cardio and nutrition are set to your starting point and your goals from day one.

Phase 2: Hypertrophy | 4 Weeks Sets, reps, and programming are designed to drive muscle size and density. Cardio and nutrition shift to accelerate fat loss and muscle gain simultaneously.

Phase 3: Strength | 4 Weeks We load the bar. This phase focuses on safely and progressively increasing the weight you move using foundational strength patterns. Everything is adjusted to keep you performing and progressing.

Phase 4: Hypertrophy | 4 Weeks The final push. Volume increases to maximize muscle growth and strip away remaining body fat. Cardio and nutrition are fine tuned to get you completely dialed in for the finish.
